HepsiBurada Becomes First Turkish Company to be listed on the NASDAQ

One of Turkey’s leading e-commerce platforms, HepsiBurada became the first Turkish company to be listed on the NASDAQ stock market in the US.

With this IPO, HepsiBurada reached a valuation of $3.9 billion. The company, which was offered to the public with a pricing of $12 per share, increased its share prices by 12% from the first day to $13.43. The company sold $738 million worth of shares, which means 20% of the total shares.

According to Investment Office, HepsiBurada, founded in 2000, has over 33 million members and 250 million monthly visits with a product range of over 44 million in various categories.
