Employees’ Annual Paid Leave Rights in Turkey

Employees engaged in seasonal or other occupations which, owing to their nature, last <1 year do not qualify for annual paid leave. Employees, who have completed ≥1 year of service, including the trial period, are entitled to paid annual leave (see Table 1). This right cannot be waived.
